Job Title: Cold Caller/Closer for Go High Level CRM White-label Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller/Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and closing sales for our white-labeled Go High Level CRM platform. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms, particularly Go High Level.

Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, introducing them to our white-label CRM platform.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach, follow-up calls, and nurturing existing leads.Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and compelling presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of the Go High Level CRM platform tailored to client needs.Objection Handling: Address potential client concerns and questions effectively, showcasing the value of the product and ensuring successful deal closures.Closing Sales: Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing sales.Follow-up: Maintain relationships with prospects who have shown interest but haven't yet converted, ensuring ongoing communication and nurturing.CRM Management: Record all interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked through the sales funnel.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and align on strategies for outreach. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales, preferably in the SaaS or CRM industry.Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely and persuasively.A strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated while working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay productive in a remote setting.Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and remote collaboration tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with Go High Level or other CRM platforms.Knowledge of the sales funnel and pipeline management.Experience in a B2B sales environment.Familiarity with white-labeling services is a plus. WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).Headset with microphone for clear communication.Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
