Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.At least 6 months supervisory or management experience in coffee shop environment is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
