Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

- At least 6 months supervisory or management experience in coffee shop environment is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
