About this opportunity
As a COE SF Ops Excellence & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible in processing Ericsson employee data/actions administration in SF (Success Factors) system, ensuring data quality and compliance to SLA. You must have a good understanding of the delivery and services of COE SF. Able to handle Ops Excellence and Compliance lead responsibilities. You will not just implement but also analyze and propose improvements to our established processes and tools. A significant part of your role will be your active participation in HR Delivery projects, and leading local vendors as agreed.

What you will do
Partners with SMO (Service Management Office) Specialist in maintaining KPIs and Operations management reports (TAT, Data Quality, CnF, Productivity and Utilization)
Drive and monitor Improvement Initiatives (Simplification, Process Improvement, Automation and etc) in partnership with Delivery Managers and Leads, tracking progress, result and impact delivered.
Automate workflows and HR processes 
Facilitating operations meetings in COE SF and GSSC Manila
Building presentations and reports for internal meetings
Responsible in providing Operations related information to GBS-GPS Operations Excellence for COE SF Unit.
Responsible and POC for COE SF and GSSC Manila Compliance related activities and tasks (EGMS, SOX, BCM/BCP, Data Privacy, Internal Audits and others), in collaboration with GBS-GPS Compliance team.

Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors experience required
With HR Leadership experience required
Good knowledge in creating reports in Excel, coming up with trends, analysis and providing insights
Experience in Shared Services Operations management, measures (SLA, TAT, Data Quality), and standards.
With background on Compliance activities (Data Privacy, BCM and etc)
Hybrid work setup, McKinley Taguig office
