Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Experience needed: 3 years in fitness training (preferred)




Responsibilities
Performing weekly check-ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis
Having 1-1 Calls with Clients on a regular basis
Having weekly group coaching calls with clients
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently
Be in charge of building a positive community with your clients and performing a group live call on a specified topic related to health and fitness




Requirements
Must have a genuine and authentic passion for helping people hit their goals & have a great experience
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific coaching methods
3+ years experience in the fitness / coaching industry
Great communication skills & Emotional Intelligence
Some experience with calisthenics / gymnastics / bodyweight strength and flexibility training is preferred but not essential
Must be tech-savvy
