Cluster Sales Associate

Key Qualifications:
1.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
3.
Skills:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
-Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
-Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Execution
-Assist in implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve cluster sales targets.
-Actively participate in selling products/services to customers within the assigned area.
-Promote and upsell company products/services to maximize revenue.
2.
Customer Engagement
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
-Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
-Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for improvements.
3.
Support for Sales Operations
-Assist the Cluster Sales Officer in daily sales operations and team coordination.
-Prepare and update sales reports, tracking individual and cluster performance metrics.
-Ensure sales records are accurate and updated in the system.
4.
Market Awareness
-Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
-Identify potential leads and assist in converting them into sales opportunities.
5.
Compliance and Processes
-Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
-Ensure proper handling of customer data and documentation.
