Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple motorcycle dealerships within a designated cluster, overseeing sales, service, and operations to achieve business objectives and financial targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction across the cluster. Recruit, train, and mentor dealership staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement. Monitor dealership performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic to the dealerships and increase brand visibility. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements governing dealership operations. Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to strengthen the dealership's reputation and enhance customer loyalty. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motorcycle dealership management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, employees, and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives. Knowledge of motorcycle industry trends, products, and market dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated cluster as needed. Job Type: Full-time
