Job Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure site management teams deliver against their customer expectations.Ensure site personnel meet key performance indicators (KPI).Act as the Site Manager for locations within your scope.Drive all activities related to customer onboarding, operational excellence, and customer retention in collaboration with your center of excellence teams.Enhance productivity through engagement activities and create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement, ensuring all sites meet or exceed their productivity targets.Contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.Ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities delivers the right transport solutions.Ensure all operational requirements are being met: Number of manpower (Coordinator, Warehouse Staff, Drivers, Helpers, etc.).Number of truck requirements based on client demand.Ensure necessary equipment to perform tasks is available.Constantly monitor and update delivery status.Ensure KPIs are being met.Ensure compliance with safety regulations.Achieve 100% truck utilization.Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.Qualifications: Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.At least 10 years of experience in Logistics, particularly in Warehousing and Distribution.Experience in a 3PL company is an advantage.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage profit and loss effectively.Excellent people management and leadership skills.Strong analytical and strategic skills.High operational and customer service orientation.
