Cloud Monitoring Team Lead

Monitor the infrastructure of an advanced, proprietary cloud system hosted on Microsoft Azure used by over 100k business in 150 countries.
- Monitor and analyze new features of the system.
- Work using technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure AD, Azure DevOps.
- Develop alerting and monitoring mechanisms of the cloud system.
- Take part in deploying new Client's technologies.
**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn and grow, particularly in the field of cloud technologies.
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities, ability to critically observe and analyze potential risks related to the work.
- At least basic knowledge of cloud system functioning, Exchange Online, Office 365, Azure.
- Experience with Log Analytics, MS Azure Monitor and Pingdom a plus.
- Global support experience with EU exposure preferred.
- Readiness to work weekly shifts.
- At least 3-year leadership experience working with technical projects - Very good technical background - Ability to work well under pressure
- Confirmed experience managing/supervising teams
