Cloud Desktop Support Azure Remote

Job Responsibilities:

- Initial assessment of tickets and incidents including the update of details of the tickets in the ticketing tool
- Ensure completeness of the information (i.e.
description of issues, screenshots, etc.)
when issues are logged in order to facilitate investigation and resolution of concerns
- Investigate and assess reported problems
- Log and monitor the status of tickets
- Contribute to Incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Incident Management including proactive Incident Resolution

Job Qualifications:

- Years of experience requirements:

- Junior-level - 1+ years of cloud desktop support experience
- Mid-level - 3+ years of cloud desktop support experience
- Senior-level - 6+ years of cloud desktop support experience
- Azure support experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented
