QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a 4-year coursePreferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or OIC in a retail/clothing storeStrong customer service and communication skillsTeam player and can handle work in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys interacting with different types of peopleFlexible in work schedule and locationRESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION: Acts as OIC if Store Manager is unavailable and when neededAssist Store Manager in ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent servicePromotes sales through positive customer service effortsAssist Store Manager in ensuring that the store is well organized and clean, and in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsActively maintains a global brand imageAttend store meetings and assist store manager during store meetingsAssist store manager in managing daily store operationsResponsible for assisting the store manager in preparing operation reports, sales reports, and management reports as neededAssist store manager in leading the team in achieving target salesInventory managementPerform other related appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by management
