Assists department in providing pharmaceutical services by advising physicians on matters on drug usage & control within assigned hospital locations.

Provide supply of patient medications and process medications for credit memo. Conduct patient review of medication and evaluation for the appropriate use of drugs in the current medication treatment. Performs patient counseling regarding the use of medication, common side effect, proper storage and actions to be taken in the event of missed dose You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
