Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients of Eden CCC
- Resolve inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Needed Qualifications:
- At least SHS graduate, college grads and undergrads are preferred, with 1 year of BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
