Clinic Receptionist

Responsible for providing answers to customer queries through social media platforms related to patient products and services.
Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel.
Qualifications:

- Graduate of Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any medical-related course
- Preferably with a background in the healthcare industry as Admin or Medical Secretary
- With good communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries
