Job Description Oversee smooth clinic operations daily to ensure seamless patient experience and satisfaction. Improve clinic efficiency, resource allocation, staff scheduling, financial planning, ensure accuracy and transparency of all clinic records. Supervise and develop clinical staff, provide continuing education, and address concerns to promote a positive work environment. The Successful Applicant Must have at least 5 years of recent nursing/clinical experience. Must be an NLE board-passer/Registered Nurse with a valid and active PRC license. Must have a proven track record in managing clinic operations, including patient care, staff management, and administrative duties. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment Must be proficiency in digital tools and healthcare management software, electronic health/medical records (EHR/EMR).
