Clinic Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated with BS in Nursing
- Work experience not required.
- Computer literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledgeable and has the ability to take vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Ability to record medical data and file patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to maintain a clean and orderly clinic environment
• Ability to perform first aid treatment, wound, cleaning, medication, application, and dressing.
• Ability to escort and oversee patient
• Knowledge of canteen audit procedures and ability to assist in ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Ability to assist with Government Mandated Benefits processing, including receiving and checking benefit claims and submitting documents to the relevant agencies.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ability to maintain clinic supplies and purchase necessary medical supplies and medicine.
• Ability to assist with locker and uniform inventory and issuance.
• Ability to assist with conducting Customer Feedback Surveys.
• Observes all company rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Willingness to perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
