fitbox is an Australian-based SaaS company with a vision to help gyms thrive. Our app is used by over 14,000 gym members to manage their membership and performance tracking as well as an admin portal for gym owners to manage members and class programming.

We seek an energetic, client focused team member in the Philippines to empower fitbox customers. You will use email, phone and chat applications to help clients use the platform and give quick answers to how-to questions.

? Job Responsibilities:
?Become an expert in the fitbox solution
?Empower clients on fitbox and make them feel supported, either via phone, email or chat
?Research and identify solutions to software issues
?Configure, maintain and optimize support tools and processes
?Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
?Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
?Ensure all issues are properly logged
?Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
?Document knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
?Maintain jovial relationships with clients

? Desirable skills:
?Client first mentality
?Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
?Proven work experience as SaaS support, technical support, IT Help Desk or similar role
?Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
?Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
