fitbox is an Australian-based SaaS company with a vision to help gyms thrive. Our app is used by over 14,000 gym members to manage their membership and performance tracking as well as an admin portal for gym owners to manage members and class programming.

We seek an energetic, client focused team member in the Philippines to empower fitbox customers. You will use email, phone and chat applications to help clients use the platform and give quick answers to how-to questions.

Job Responsibilities: Become an expert in the fitbox solutionEmpower clients on fitbox and make them feel supported, either via phone, email or chatResearch and identify solutions to software issuesConfigure, maintain and optimize support tools and processesProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customersEnsure all issues are properly loggedPrioritize and manage several open issues at one timeDocument knowledge in the form of notes and manualsMaintain jovial relationships with clients ? Desirable skills: Client first mentalityExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsProven work experience as SaaS support, technical support, IT Help Desk or similar roleGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
