### Job Description

Kumu is on the lookout for a passionate and independent Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our client support department, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. ### Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- **Issue Resolution:** Actively troubleshoot and resolve client issues by identifying problems and offering effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to help improve the support process.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Kumu's products, services, and features to effectively educate clients and enhance their experience, leading to higher satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to provide feedback gathered from client interactions and help identify areas for product improvement.
- **Client Feedback:** Gather and analyze client feedback to provide insights into trends, suggesting recommendations to improve client satisfaction and overall service quality.
- **Training Materials:** Assist in developing training materials and resources to educate clients about our services and contributions to the onboarding process for new clients.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to the ongoing development of processes and best practices within the client support team to enhance our service delivery and efficiency.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support software; familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about client service and committed to going above and beyond.
- Independent thinker with the ability to solve problems autonomously while being part of a larger team.
- **Soft Skills:**
- High level of creativity in problem-solving and coming up with innovative solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions and geographies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
