MadEats, a leading online food delivery platform, is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or client support.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Educate clients on our platform, services, and products- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Continuously strive to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations with grace- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations- Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs and emotions- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools
