**Job Summary:**
The Client Support Specialist will be the frontline ambassador for Penshoppe, interacting directly with our customers across various channels to resolve queries, provide product information, and offer an exceptional service experience. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in customer service within the fashion retail industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, and social media platforms. Address inquiries and provide information about products, services, and store policies.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer issues promptly and efficiently, working to resolve any concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Penshoppe's product offerings, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers in purchasing decisions.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the appropriate systems to facilitate a seamless support experience.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to share with management, contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and brand representation.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in business, communications, or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; enthusiasm for learning and personal development is essential.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about customer service and the retail industry.
- Adaptable to changing situations and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong people management abilities, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
- High emotional intelligence to handle various customer personalities and emotions effectively.
