Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our services
- Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use our platform effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Continuously strive to improve the overall client support process

Requirements:
- Energetic and resourceful personality traits
- Strong cooperation and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
