**Job Description:**
Smart Communications is seeking a motivated and resilient **Client Support Representative** to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a part-time entry-level representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Assistance**:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

2. **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve client issues by troubleshooting and analyzing problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions through our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports on client feedback and recurring issues to assist management in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

4. **Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a cohesive support experience for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

5. **Client Follow-Up**:
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and support processes.

6. **Knowledge Base Contribution**:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to ensure accurate and helpful information is available to clients and team members.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.

- **Personality Traits**:
- Resilient: Ability to handle challenging situations positively and maintain a level-headed approach.
- Independent: Comfort working autonomously while managing time effectively.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
