**Position Overview:**

As a Client Support Representative at Expedock, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with various internal teams to resolve customer concerns and drive improvements in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and provide clear, concise information and solutions.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot client issues, working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients to ensure resolution.

3. **Account Management:**
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Monitor client satisfaction and follow up with clients to gauge their experience and gather feedback.

4. **Project Support:**
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and overall project progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure successful execution.

5. **Negotiation:**
- Engage in negotiation discussions with clients regarding service terms, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
- Foster positive client relationships to promote loyalty and long-term partnerships.

6. **Training & Documentation:**
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials for both clients and team members.
- Participate in training sessions to equip the team with knowledge about new products and services.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify trends in client inquiries and feedback, and collaborate with management to develop solutions for improving processes and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Required Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** 2 years of experience in client support or customer service roles, preferably in the logistics, technology, or related fields.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Personality Traits:**

- Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations.
- Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility toward both clients and the team.

**Soft Skills:**

- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations and foster positive relationships.
- Project management skills, with the ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as necessary.
