Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Assist in the development of client support materials and resources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:
- Driven and independent personality traits
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
