Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client support and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of client support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of client support operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and concerns
- Provide training and guidance to client support team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field
- Resourceful and confident personality traits
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
