Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident and driven personality
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
