Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client problems
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Contribute to the overall success of the client support team by meeting and exceeding performance metrics

Requirements:
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Persuasive communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or client support roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
