Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry without the need for prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Demonstrate leadership skills and emotional intelligence in all client interactions
- Work closely with the Client Support Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Reliable and resilient personality traits
- Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Fluency in English
