Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and assist in the onboarding process
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and preferences
- Assist in organizing and attending client meetings and events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and driven personality
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in the food industry is a plus
