If you think you are a suitable match, we're looking forward to meeting you!Your Role:As a Client Success Specialist, your role will be vital in fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within your account list while ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout their entire journey with us. To succeed in this position, you must have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, and be proactive in anticipating client needs. You will serve as their main point of contact representing our company, and establishing and maintaining connections with key stakeholders.What you will do?-Manage a portfolio of local advertising clients, with products ranging from website development to mobile applications and other products within the advertising and marketing realm.-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any escalations.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals to ensure their success.-Perform light changes to websites, mobile apps, and email newsletters, as able.-Serve as an internal liaison between multiple teams, including web and mobile app development teams, designers, copywriters, and other teams critical to running successful advertising programs.-Guide clients through a successful, smooth customer journey.-Lead data-driven reviews and conversations, helping clients understand the value our organization brings to their business.-Identify additional revenue opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling to your account list.Qualifications:-Minimum 3 years in a similar client-facing role at an agency-like company preferred-With digital marketing or e-commerce client support experience-Strong project management skills-Exceptional interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills (English, others as applicable)-Must have an eye for Design-Willing to work on a night shift schedule and a hybrid work setupWhat's in it for you?-Our company values and encourages the pursuit of excellence.
