Title: Client Success Officer
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary Offer: Php20,000 - 21,000

JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Success Officer must have excellent communication, social, administrative, record-keeping and computing skills to handle tasks efficiently. Responsible for knowing how various tools and systems works, training clients, checking that data/statistics are accurate. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as marketing, product, moderation, etc. They require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively to give accurate instructions and/or in case customers' inquiries or complaints arise.
Onboard new clients to apps and tools included to the services availed
Help process value added services for clients
Review and verify statistics from apps and tools
Observe product utilization and give intel of the clients behavior to sales managers
May provide administrative assistance to leads and management team members as required
Report unusual activity to supervisors
Extract PIs and new onboarded clients
Calling clients regarding their payment issues
Create addendum if needed
Help in calling lead gen and uploading listings of clients if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
Training experience is highly desired.
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written Communications, English and Filipino).
Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures and clearly give instructions.
Ability to analyze and solve technical issues.
Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
High level of integrity, honesty, and judgement; Diligence and discipline in work ethics.
Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces preferably real estate, cars and other services.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any business and IT related courses.
