Client Success Manager

Requirements: Account management experience, preferably with large accountsMortgage industry experienceBachelor's degreeProven ability to build and maintain relationships with customer's executive level staff, as well as internal management teamAbility to multi-task across a vast set of responsibilitiesStrong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to communicate at all levelsAbility to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer needs and requirementsWilling to travel periodically based on client and business needs Responsibilities: Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high client satisfactionPerform monthly / quarterly client success reviews that confirm satisfaction, address challenges and expand overall Moder product usageIdentify patterns to gain insights, provide guidance and increase client satisfactionServe as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situationsWork closely with Sales and Moder business units to share client insights and identify additional product and service sales opportunitiesDocument all new initiatives, milestones, and account review meetings in salesforce (CRM)
