Primary Responsibilities: Identifies market opportunities and monitors market trends Develops and executes activation campaigns for customer acquisition Designs tactical campaigns and incentives to increase sales production Implements customer retention strategies Collaborates with Sales, IT and Operation teams to create a seamless customer journey Crafts effective product positioning and messaging Manages framework for internal stakeholder management Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience (with experience in Group Insurance product is an advantage)Bachelor's Degree Holder of any coursePassion for customer-centric programsStrong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
