Job Description
The Customer Care or Sales Specialist oversees, develops and leads the advertising strategies and activities of the branch of assignment to help Management reach its sales and marketing goals.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship courses or any relevant degree.Preferably with least 6 months to 1 year of sales or BPO experience.A team player with a customer-oriented approach.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Have sales and/or marketing experience or another similar role.Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.Basic understanding of market research techniques, and statistical and data analysis methods.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City.Amenable to attend events around Cebu City or the Cebu area.Amenable to work during Sat-Sun (if an event falls on a weekend).Amenable to render overtime (if an event lasts beyond office hours). Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's NCLEX-related services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging professional networks.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's offered services.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to inform and adjust sales strategies as necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, marketing collaterals, client interactions, and other relevant data using company's monitoring tools.Coordinate and assist with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to the company's business processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
