JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Develops and fulfills sales and marketing plans and programs based on agreedstrategic directions• Able to pursue potential expansion opportunities for the organization; championradically different ideas and be a leader in the market; identify long-term goalsand invest appropriate resources as needed; communicate vision in a way thatinspires othersCreates an annual roadmap to implement key sales marketing tasks and targetsBreaks down on a monthly and quarterly basis annual plans and deliverablesCo-owns achievement of targets per category of business and per client/natureof development• Ensures optimal use of digital and traditional media in elevating the brand imageJOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and at least 10 years equivalent workexperience in business development, customer service, sales and marketing, atleast 5 years of which is on people management role.Experience in Construction Industry is an advantage.A self-starter who does not require close supervisionIntermediate level of PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work with large data, ability analyze and present dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and management abilities; must be able to think strategicallyAbility to work in a collaborative work environment and being part of a team.Planning and executing short- and long-term projectsStrong time management and negotiation skills and ability to handle competingExcellent judgment and decision-making skillsMust have a strong ability to communicate clear, consistent messages via emailwith clients and internal
