Role and Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls from Health Care Provider offices and our Client's Sales Professionals.
Open Help Desk tickets with return vendor and follow up to bring to closure as needed/required
Review and verify a high volume of documents per day to ensure required compliance components are present
Validate the quantity of product samples provided to office-based physicians through
delivery slips as reported by physicians and front office staff
Update required field information as necessary in the system
Communicate task statuses and questions with management Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or graduate of any 4-year course.
Preferred Skills

Proven experience with high volumes of repetitive work requiring a high level of attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working at a fast pace
Precise attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and within a team environment
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Must be a team player and able to work under time constraint.
