Lazada Philippines is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding product offerings, order status, and company policies.
- Assist clients in navigating the Lazada platform effectively to enhance their shopping experience.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

3. **Communication & Cooperation:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer service experience.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve service techniques and product knowledge.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM software.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics to support process improvement initiatives.

5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures regarding customer service delivery.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Proactively identify areas for service improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and features to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience:** 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop solutions effectively.
- Exceptional cooperation skills to work harmoniously with team members and departments.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time efficiently while working remotely.
