### **Job Description**

Pushkart.ph, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Cebu. As a part-time Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise in client services will help Pushkart.ph maintain its reputation for exceptional service in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by developing an understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- **Communication:**
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Listen actively to client feedback and relay insights to the team to improve service delivery.

- **Technical Support:**
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and navigating our platform, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze client problems and complaints, formulate action plans, and report trends to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Innovate new approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on client engagement metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues across various departments and countries, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

### **Requirements:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

**Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in an e-commerce or tech environment.

**Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and online communication platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
