Avion School is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a part-time entry-level representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting their needs. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our programs and services.
- **Communication:** Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify client issues and concerns, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions, and escalating situations as necessary.
- **Client Support:** Provide ongoing support throughout the client journey, assisting with enrollment processes, course details, and feedback collection to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our database systems to ensure up-to-date client information and track service quality.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Education, cooperating with team members to deliver cohesive and seamless client experiences.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather client feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements and enhancements to service offerings.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about Avion School's programs, promotions, and policies, ensuring you deliver knowledgeable support to clients.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in professional development and training opportunities to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
- **Educational Background:** A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- **Personality Traits:** Exhibits a confident and dedicated approach to work with a focus on achieving results.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong cooperation skills to work effectively within a team; exceptional problem-solving abilities to address client issues efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency:** Proficient in English and local dialects, both spoken and written, with the ability to adapt communication styles as needed.
