### **Job Description**

First Circle is seeking a dedicated and independent **Client Service Representative** to join our dynamic team in Makati. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service, support, and solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships while managing a variety of tasks designed to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Engagement:**
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Troubleshoot client issues effectively, providing timely and accurate solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing client complaints and conflicts.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update client records in the company's CRM system.
- Analyze client feedback and report on trends and areas for improvement.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work cooperatively with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, contribute to strategy development, and enhance service delivery.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports as needed on client service metrics and performance indicators.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Actively seek out opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall client experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in the financial services or technology sectors.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Dedicated: Committed to providing high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Cooperation: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other client engagement tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management practices.
