**Job Requirements**:

- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have outstanding English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment with respect and professionalism
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail in order to provide written correspondence to customers free of spelling, grammatical, and numerical errors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tool
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants who have not completed their degree or diploma welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in any field or diploma is a plus

**Salary**: From Php12,500.00 per month
