Job Description:
Grab Philippines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Officer to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or related fields.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient resolution of client issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify and implement opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Meet productivity and performance targets set by the company
Requirements:- Hardworking and confident individual with strong communication skills- Experience in people management and adaptability to different client needs- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus
