**Job Description:**
Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our organization, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our clients, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage interpersonal relationships will be crucial for maintaining our high standard of customer service in an ever-evolving environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and reliable problem-solving. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels, ensuring swift resolution of any issues. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after resolution.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and knowledgeable support to clients. Conduct training sessions for clients as needed.
- **Reporting and Feedback:** Gather ongoing feedback from clients regarding services and product offerings. Prepare regular reports for management to aid in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to address any client-related issues effectively. Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights from client interactions.
- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with clients regularly through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring they are updated on new offerings and company developments.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and readily accessible.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a client services or customer support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong people management skills with a proven ability to foster positive relationships and handle conflict with professionalism.
- A passionate and adaptable mindset, ready to embrace change and thrive in a diverse working environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
