**Position Overview:**
The Client Service Officer will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and possess excellent decision-making and research skills. As a Client Service Officer, you will interact regularly with clients, ensuring their needs are met while also promoting our company's values and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication to assess their needs and preferences.
- **Service Delivery:** Provide timely and effective assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests related to our services and products.
- **Information Management:** Research and gather necessary information to aid decision-making processes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and issues in our customer relationship management system.
- **Collaboration:** Liaise effectively with various teams within the organization to ensure that client needs are being addressed efficiently and effectively.
- **Feedback Mechanism:** Collect, analyze, and report client feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance:** Uphold company standards, policies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively address client concerns by providing innovative solutions and following through to ensure resolution.
- **Client Education:** Inform clients about our products, services, and any ongoing promotions or changes that may affect their experiences with us.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to client satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client service, customer support, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to dynamic situations and diverse client needs.
- Driven: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve and contribute to the company's success.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Decision-Making: Capable of making informed and timely decisions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Research: Strong analytical skills to research relevant information and provide comprehensive support.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; other languages are a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
