**Job Description:**

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in a part-time role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while playing a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction and relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of relevant experience and demonstrate both an energetic and confident approach to client management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

2. **Client Needs Assessment:**
- Engage with clients to identify their specific needs and expectations, ensuring that our services are aligned with these requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to gauge client satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.

3. **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Collaborate closely with sales, products, and operations teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in strategy meetings to provide insights based on client feedback and industry trends.

4. **Performance Reporting and Analysis:**
- Track and report key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for service enhancement.

5. **Presentation and Training:**
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders highlighting service offerings, new initiatives, and feedback results.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams focusing on client management best practices and service excellence.

6. **Conflict Resolution:**
- Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, employing emotional intelligence to understand underlying issues.
- Implement solutions to resolve conflicts and mitigate escalations, reinforcing a positive client experience.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the client service framework.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into our service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management or related fields, with proven expertise in managing client relationships.
- **Key Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: Maintain a positive demeanor that motivates and engages both clients and team members.
- Confident: Exhibit self-assuredness in discussions and presentations, showcasing in-depth knowledge of company services.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding in interactions with clients.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present ideas and information clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance tracking metrics.

- **Others:**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
