NextPay is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate for this part-time, mid-to-senior level position should have at least 8 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed- Work with the sales team to strategize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements:- Proven experience in client service management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptability and motivation to drive continuous improvement- Emotional intelligence and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a team effectively- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
