HealthyBOS seeks a Client Service Data Analyst to join their BPO sector team. The role focuses on analyzing client-related data, identifying trends, and generating detailed reports to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with client service teams.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Extract and compile data from various sources like databases, CRM systems, and BPO platforms. Conduct detailed analysis to identify client trends and satisfaction levels. Develop and maintain client service reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings and insights clearly to client service teams and management. Collaborate with client service teams to understand needs and suggest data-driven improvements. Assist in resolving client issues by analyzing data to identify root causes. Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis. Work with operations and quality assurance teams to implement changes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses. Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies to ensure client information security. Analyze client feedback and survey data for improvement areas. Provide insights to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
