Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney, Australian time
Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Client Service Coordinator who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client provides a complete billing service to medical specialists across Australia.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
Responsibilities · Managing the whole billing process from accounts processing through to following up on outstanding accounts.
· Data entry
· Send out claims and invoices
· Follow up on outstanding accounts
· Respond to account inquiries
· Prepare and send out monthly reports
Qualifications · Strong communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proactive work ethic
· Ability to multitask and work unsupervised
· Experience in accounts receivable
