### Job Description:

Balikbayad, a leader in financial solutions, is seeking a dedicated **Client Service Associate** to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will play a key part in ensuring our clients receive high-quality support and effective communication.

### Responsibilities:

- **Client Support:** Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction with our products and services.

- **Account Management:** Assist clients in managing their accounts, including onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting. Ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs to foster long-term relationships.

- **Problem-Solving:** Proactively identify client challenges and implement creative solutions to enhance client experience. Utilize strategic planning to anticipate future needs and improve service delivery.

- **Communication:** Effectively communicate with clients to convey product features, benefits, and any relevant updates. Ensure clear and professional dialogue with clients to reinforce trust and rapport.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to escalate client issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and feedback loop to improve processes.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions to facilitate continuous improvement of service practices. Log all client communications and actions taken in the company CRM system.

- **Training and Development:** Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of company products and policies. Utilize feedback to improve client service strategies.

- **Compliance:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client dealings. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements when providing client services.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector or a related field.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Confident** in delivering information and resolving issues.
- **Adaptable** to a fluid work environment, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong **strategic planning** abilities to foresee and address client needs proactively.
- Demonstrated **creativity** in problem-solving and devising innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; comfortable with remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.

- **Language Skills:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
